Below are our service policies,which are intended to ensure quality, safety and consistency in our work
Privacy policy: We are committed to keeping your information confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer lists to third-parties and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency or company at any time unless compelled to do so by the law. We will use your personal and billing information solely to provide the service you hire us for.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not content with your cleaning notify us within 24 hours afterwards and we will credit you $25 (after 3 back-to-back dissatisfied cleanings contract between client(s) and cleaner(s) will be terminated). We do not give full refunds!
Deposit: A payment of $25 will be made prior to services.
( goes towards the FULL amount of the clean OR towards the Cancelation/lockout fee)
Payment:
Payment is due on the day of service by Cash or CashApp
Cancelation/Lockout:
We regret that we must assess a $25 service fee if you cancel with less than a 48 hour notice from setting the appointment OR if we arrive on the premises and can not gain access to the home. There are no exceptions.

Receive bonuses and discounts when you refer us. We love referrals and appreciate it when you tell family, friends and neighbors about our services. Thank you for your confidence in us!
Security:
We take the security of your home very serious, we work with each homeowner to establish a routine for entering and exiting
Current methods include~
- providing us with a spare key
- providing us with a lockbox, keypad or garage code
- leaving a key under the mat to use and return after we are finished
- letting us in the day of service if you're home when we arrive
Getting ready for us:
Please DON'T "clean" before we arrive but DO "pick up" as much as possible
Examples ~ clearing clothes and toys from the floor, clearing surfaces of small items such as, pens, coins and important documents, etc.
"Picking up" will allow us to focus more on details and quality.
The setting: The ideal cleaning situation is when no one is home. Since that is not always possible, please eliminate as many distractions as possible so we can work uninterrupted.
Please set your A/C to 68°-74° especially during summer months. We won't be able to clean in houses that are too hot and pose a safety risk to our employees.
